DS160 doubts for L2 to H1B convertion

Hi Team,

I presently have a status change from L2 to H1B (while remaining/working in the US). I have the following concerns with DS 160. Could you pls assist me.


Select a location where you will be applying for this visa —> I can mention any consulate in India right?

Address and Phone Information —> I can provide the Indian Address right?

Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip —> Should be present Employer ?
