I changed my job, H1 transfered to a new employer and extended to 06/30/2025, during this transfer my spouse (H4) was in India. My spouse travelled to USA on 11/18/2022 (which is after I started working for new employer) and I-94 was issued till 11/24/2022 as per the previous employer H1 related VISA on her passport. My spouse have plans to travel India in Jan 2023 and she would be back to USA in May/Jun 2023. Similarly more possible trips.
I am working on to correct my spouse's I-94 by contacting "Deffered Inspections" so that it can be in sync with mine i.e., 06/30/2025.
My question here is, do I need to ask my employer to file for H4 visa now in order to get her stamping in India or Can she travel back and forth to USA based on the my H1 approval?
Please suggest...
