    Can I797 copy get from USCIS on behalf of company?

    Hi All,

    On behalf of friend-

    My friend got his H1B approved but his company shared scanned copy but not original copy, they said they will not provide.. Can he request USCIS for original H1B approval notice?

    Does he need original copy of H1B approval notice in future for any reason?
