Completed 6+ years in H1B under employer A. 'Employer A' filed my I140. It is approved and I am still within 180 day period.
H1B transferred to employer B. H1B transfer is approved by USCIS.
What if 'Employer A' requests USCIS to revoke I140 since it is within 180 day? Will my already transferred visa with new employer B also invalidate since it is beyond 6 years or will this revocation only impact when employer B wants to file extension after 3 years?
