Hello,
My drop box appt was on Oct 31st 2022, I was hoping my extension would come through before then, but it didnt. So I dropped my kids and my passport at the VAC with my old 797 expires in Jan 2023.
Now we got a 221G for my kids finger printing; asking us to appear on any week day without needing to book another appointment. It does not state if that appointment needs to happen in next x days.
Question : My extension was filed in premium, and hoping I recieve an extension by next week. Can I take my newly approved petition 797 along with a new DS -160 when I goto finger printing.
Has anyone been in a similar experience before ?
