I have filed I-539 (Spouse) and I-539A (for Kids) to extend the H4 Status via Paper Filing with $370 fee before 15 days of Expiry and Awaiting response. I have proof of Package Delivered and yet to obtain Receipt Number from USCIS.
I am left with 12 more calendar days.
1) Please advise whether will it get through (or)
2) Can I file Individually again via online (2nd time) by paying each $370 if I don't get a response in a week. Applying twice does it cause denial / rejection.
Appreciate your advise on this.
