Multiple TN visas to green card conversion

Hi,

I currently have a TN visa (let's say with company A)... company A is assisting in converting my TN to a Green card.

I do have the offer to join another company (remote work). They are open to letting me work part-time. my concern is that if I secure the additional TN visa will that hamper my green card process in any way?

And I am hoping that if I get an additional TN visa, then it won't anger the company A

Any thoughts? I really appreciate any suggestion you can provide.
