Hi All,
I have a question about H4 EAD application, as I have h4EAD till Aug2023 ( I797 approved with employer A). But I would like to apply for extension/New H4 EAD, as my spouse H1B got approved till Nov 2024 with another employer B and my H4 also got approved.
can I apply H4EAD with supporting (i797 approved with employer B).
is there any limitations? While applying H4EAD which option should I select (new, extension).
