can i take taking spouse on h1b visa interview

I have an appointment for a h1b visa next month. Should I take my spouse and kids and book an appointment ?
Or Once my visa is approved then book an appointment which is more chance .

Hi,
I would have preferred doing it once for all. I mean H1 for you and H4 for them in one single interview.
