H1B stamping case stuck in approved status since Nov 3rd

I dropped off my passport at Hyderabad VAC for Delhi Embassy on Oct 31st. My case status changed to approved on Nov 3rd but there has been no update on my case since then. Anyone else in the same situation?

After Approved status, the next status is Issued. what status information is mentioned in your appoint profile for the same. It may show you more details.
For my kid (H4), I applied on 16th, status changed to received on 19th and was on this status until 30th Nov. It got change to Approval and issued on the same day.
For me and my wife everything was done within a week.
