H1B fresh application for British passport Holders

Hi there,
Going for H1 B visa interview for the first time in London Embassy.Is the interview process any different for having British passport? Can H1B main applicant and H4 dependents go for the interview at the same time? Do kids below 12 years also have to attend the interview?
Any pointers or suggestions always welcome.
