H4 stamping in while new H1b extension pending
Hi ! 'm planning to travel to India and get my H4 stamped in May. Our current I 797 is valid till August 30th. If H1b extension is applied before May and if its still pending, Is it ok for me to get my H4 stamped with the previous 797 that's approved till August? Or would they reject it because the new H1b extension is still pending? Please provide some insight. Thank you!
