Hello ,

Please help me here.

I am here for the last 6months and still my employer could't show me any job but I am getting paid as he promised.

As money only does't matter if I see my future career and frustrated with sitting Idle, I am planning to back to India without informing him and of course I will do it later.

Could please suggest me if I do like this, can he do any thing legally like banning me forever to enter into USA .

But I tired to convince him before to allow me go to India for sometime and will come back as soon as my visa is approved which is under process now .But he is not listening to my words .

Please let me know your ideas .

>>> No employer can force you to work for them. Employment in U.S is at will basis. If you want to quit the company, you can do that by all means. I am not sure why you want to run away without informing the employer. Give them proper notice and quit by proper terms, if possible (Depending on what documents you signed with the employer).

Thanks Shervin for your valuable information.I lost interest in working in USA...I feel India is a better option where I am getting monthly 6 digit salary .
