H1B Extension Fee

HI,

I have to apply for my extension, could some tell me.. How much I need to pay to USCIS and Lawyer,

According to new Fee structure.

You will pay nothing to USCIS. The H1B extension fees should be paid by your employer.

The lawyer fees may differ from one lawyer to another. Your employer should be able to let you know how much they need to pay for the attorney for filing the extension.

Read this thread for the new fee structure. It is not applicable for the extensions.
