I applied for COS on Oct 26 in Vermont center. It was certified mail so I received USPS receipt which says that USCIS received application on Nov 3. I was however a bit surprised to see that application was received in Lewisville TX instead of Vermont.
Now it is Nov 12, and I still have not received receipt from USCIS.
Is it normal to have this much delay in getting receipt? What should I do if I don't get receipt next week too?
I have started to get anxious now.
