H1B Stamping in Mexico (Matamoros)

Hello all,

I am planning to goto my H1B extension next week to Matamoros. I had a question.

I came to USA on F1 and then got onto H1 and went to Matamoros for stamping during 2007. Now I got my H1 extension and I am planning to go again to Matamoros.

Can I goto Mexico or should I goto India? This has been quite a confusion for me.
Can someone please advice?
