Are different visas allowed in GC

Hi,
I am on H1 and my spouse on L1. In the GC done by my employer, can I also include my spouse or should they actually be on my dependent visa to include ? Pls advise.

Your spouse and children can immigrate as your derivative beneficiaries, no matter what status they have, and no matter whether they are in the US.
