H4 EAD stamping while employer has changed

Question on travel and drop box stamping while on H4/H4EAD :
I scheduled my drop box appointment 4 months back. Since then, my employer has changed while I am on H4 EAD. Is it mandatory to update DS160 to reflect the latest employer, before dropping off the documents for stamping? Any suggestions based on prior experience will be really helpful. Thanks!

For the majority of visa categories, the only required documents are a passport, visa application processing fee receipt, and the DS-160 confirmation sheet.
