- I am in USA on H4 visa which is expiring on June 2023. My husband is planning to travel to India in Feb 2023 to get his H-1B visa stamping for new I-797. Can I get my H4 visa extension directly via consular processing along with him (we didn't file I-539 application with USCIS). Is there any issue in getting H4 renewal via consular processing this way?
- Is it okay to go for H1B & H4 visa appointments together considering above case?
- My H4 EAD standalone application is pending. Is there any risk to the current H4 EAD application due to traveling out of the US/getting new H4 stamp?
