Hi I have few questions regarding my scenario with plans to travel to India in March-April time after getting my extension filed and approved in priority.
Can I fill my DS160 now with the existimg i797 that is expiring in August 2023 and then go for interview in march/apr with the existing i797 and the new extended i797 that will be till 2026. Or will I need to file Ds160 again with new i797 before visa interview.
Existing i797 date.
