Hello,
I am going to India for a 3 week vacation. My visa has expired so my new visa has to be re-stamped. I was wondering what is the risk of the visa being rejected. I have a stable job here with a good company and I am not contracting. I have heard of some stories of visas being rejected or applicants being sent back from the port of entry inspite of having a valid visa. Has these incidents increased under the current administration.
