Hi everyone.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!
I am new here and had a few questions regarding doing master's on H1B visa. I will list them below and if anyone knows the answers, pls reply!
Do I need to notify USCIS or my employer legally to start doing part-time masters programs?
What happens to my program if I decide to jump to a different company for work? Do I need to notify my new employer that I'm doing a master's when they sponsor me https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/?
If I'm not on an F-1 visa, then do I technically classify as a non-international student? Asking this because colleges usually have different fees for different classifications of students (for example- in-state, out-of-state, and international students). I believe they also have a different number of students they admit for these classifications. To elaborate let's say if a program is admitting 10k students, then they will have quotas like 2k in-state, 3k out-of-state and 5k international. (please correct me if i'm wrong, i'm unsure of this).
Thanks in advance everyone and once again, happy holidays :-)
