H4 visa application at US consulate to meet husband (divorced) on H1b visa in USA

I recently got divorced with my wife in USA who came on H4 visa. Now she has H1b visa. I am planning to get re-married. My fiancee is currently in India. I wanted to know once I marry her, can she come to USA on H4 visa ? How would the visa officer know that this is my second marriage ? Do my fiancee has to carry any divorce related document to the embassy to show that I am divorced so that she can get H4. I am asking because the visa officer could be hesitant to give her H4 as he already gave H4 to my ex-wife few years back and may not be aware of this new situation.
