What will the VO return after successful H1B visa interview ?

I am taking a lot of documents along with me (originals as well as photocopies). Are there specific documents (other than the passport) that the VO will keep after a successful H1B interview ?

Usually none. Sometimes they keep the employment verification letter. If they keep any documents, ask if they are going to return them. Make sure you get the I797 back or ask if they are sending it back with the PP if they keep it.

Thanks txh1b. As you had mentioned, the VO officer did not retain any documents other than the passport.

P.S: Thanks a lot for all the responses provided by various immihelp senior members. I got my H1B stamped with a validity for 3 years.
