So I have a dilemma in my hand. I have a job offer which starts in a month where I will need to submit my GC ead but before the job date I will be traveling abroad on my H1. Given mobdro kodi my start date is after I come back from my travel on H1. Would that be ok or does USCIS change my status the moment I give the company my ead card info or is it contingent upon my start date ?
