Hi,
My husband got his stamped H1 B pettition transfered to another employer recently and went to the US last month. I have a stamped H4 visa of his previous employer.
1. I intend travelling next month. Can I travel on my H4 with the photocopies of his new approved petition and his I 94 copy?
2. IF not, please let me know the documents I would need at the Port of Entry?
