Hi,
My H1b 6 yrs max out date is Feb 20 2023. But when my H1B extension was approved, I94 date in that approval notice says July 30 2023. Currently i am in US. I am confused which date to consider? Not sure why USCIS has July 30 2023 as this date exceeds 6 yrs max out(including the # of days in US)
On side note, i applied for H4 and EAD in Sept 20 2022 and waiting for approval.
My attorney said we should consider Feb 20 2023 and i need to be on H4 aftee Feb 20.
Pls advise.
