H1 & H4 Visas Stamping
Hi,
I am on H-1 Visa (Stamped in India in Dec '02) with company 'ABC' and it expired on Jan 1st 2005. My wife is on H-4 Visa, same situation. I changed to company 'XYZ (Big Company)' in Feb'03 and got new I-797 forms for myself & my wife with valid dates until Feb'06.
We are planning for a trip to India this year, July. What is the best way to get our visas stamped with the new company ? Many are suggesting we can get it done in Canada before going to India. Please Recommend.
One more question that i have is, Is it possible to get Tourism Visa to Canada as our Visas already got expired 2 months back.
