I have a few questions regarding my L1 B visa and the H1B visa process: Is it okay for me to return to India while my future employer is filing H1B on my behalf? Can multiple companies file H1B for me? Do I need to inform of a change of address during the process? If my H1B is selected in the lottery, will the visa interview take place in India or do I have to travel back to the USA for it?
