Interview Waiver question is not applicable only for my H4 child, how to proceed?

I would like to schedule VISA appointment at Mumbai, India location for myself, my wife and 7 year old son.

I came across below question to determine eligibility for Interview waiver program. My 7 year old son has previous US visa issued but he is not eligible for below question as he is not meeting 14 age criteria




My question is
As my 7 year old is not eligible for above question, Should I delete him from current application process and schedule VISA interview appointment separately for him?
or
Should I answer "No" to above question and proceed with scheduling in person interview for myself, my wife and son though me and my wife eligible for drop box appointment?
