I have been working with one company as an intern. My opt started on Feb, 1st. I have been finding difficulties to get the full-time jobs due to the current market. And, eventually I have plan to join staffing company for help. One of the company approached me and told me they are wiling to register H1-B for me and if I get selected I will have to work for them (makes sense because anyway I was going to find something if no updates in job). I know it’s legal that any employer can register for H1-B. the question is I am planning to travel in March(5 to 18). Do immigration has information of who registered for H1B? Will it be suspicious that I am going to settle and getting help from staffing https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/ company? My current internship offer letter has no end date mentioned but it’s going to end on March 30. I will have the unpaid internship offer letter from my uni to maintain my OPT. Also, how this affects at POE?
