I have approved I140 from Employer A, priority date is July '2015 and I140 petition was approved in the year 2016.
Employer A has applied to Withdraw I140 in Feb'2018 and the current status as on today of I140 petition is 'Correspondence Received and USCIS is Reviewing it'.
Can employer A use I140 (same employer who filed my I140) for CAB exempt and reapply H1B?
