Hi Guys,
Here is my story. I was with consulting firm and planning to move to client. my consulting guy opposed and said there is non-compete agreement in place with me and later put a case against me which later he withdrawn and planning to sue my client now.
My doubt here is whether my 60 days starts when any of the employers like my current employer or future employer terminates? then only my 60 days grace period starts right? Please confirm.
Can someone guide me here when is my actual 60 days grace period starts? Any immigration attorney also can help me here.
