Hi, I live in the UK and I am currently freelancing for a US company in California. They are restructuring and want to bring me on board as a full-time employee and sponsor me for a H- 1B. They have already registered with USCIS and will enroll me during the March 1st-17th window. My question is regarding a 2 week holiday/vacation I have with my family, late April in Florida. I figure if I am successful with the selection process I can delay the application of the visa till I return if needed but will there be any issues travelling on an ESTA whilst either having been 'selected' or 'not selected' after this registration process?
