    H2B->EB3

    Hello, i got sponsored from a employer for the EB3. We are about to file PERM. Now i have another employer who would also sponsor me for the EB3. I would rather choose that one. My problem is, my work visa is only valid till mid November. If i start now all over again with the other employer,what options i have to stay in country while waiting for PERM ect?
