Hi,
I have an unique case. I was on H1B and applied my extension which got denied after my i94 expired. I applied H4 COS under NPT as my spouse had H1B and later converted back to H1B with my previous i94 number but there is a Gap in my i94. Subsequently my I140 and further extension got approved.
Now I am planning to go for stamping with my approved 797, but I am concerned about the Gap in my i94 when NPT extension was going on (8months). Should it be okay for stamping or there is any waiver I need to get?
Any experience in this regard is highly welcome.
