H1/H4 dropbox appointment needs one or two MRV receipt(s)?

I filled in the primary H1 DS160. After submission, added a family DS-160 for my spouse.
On the APPLY FOR A U.S. VISA in India website, I added my spouse to the application and received the CGI reference number. My question is:

Will the Axis Bank associate give me two different bank reference numbers? to be used in the above slots (the screenshot) or should it be just one bank reference to be put in both the slots and click Continue?
