Hi All,
In 2018 Company 'A' processed my GC in EB2 basis and I got my I140 in the same year. In 2019 Company B acquired Company A. And in 2022 Company B started my PERM on a new role(Manager role). I got another job in a different company. Can I change my job now? would it be a problem if I get my H1B transferred to this new company while my PERM is in process? Or should I wait until PERM and I140 is finished and then start looking for a new job?
