H1B and H4 together

Hi,
Currently I am in US and recently I have changed my employer. I have received I-797 from the new employer. I am planning to get married in Dec and want to apply for H4 for my wife. I want to take same appointment for my wife's H4 and my H1B stamping. So, my question is whether I need to apply as a married person or single since I am filling out DS-160 forms now and I will be married at the time of interview.
Please advise.

You have to fill form with your status as of the date of the interview.
