Multiple H1B sponsor

I have a H1B valid till sep 2023. I was laid off in Jan and I am departing the country to comply with the 60 day rule. I have been offered two jobs by two different employers and they are filing for my visa.

• Would USCIS issue RFE to the employers on seeing two applications and would this RFE inform either employer that there is another application for the candidate (Confirmation to proceed)?

• Would two applications negatively affect my chances of approval?
