As I write this on Monday morning colleagues are still reporting that some selections are coming in (but these may have updated late yesterday and the email didn't come until this morning)
Reported selection rates range between 5% and 30% . This can vary based on a combination of luck and the percentage of masters vs https://xender.vip/ . bachelors cap cases. Here's a sampling: 5%, 14%, 8%, 16%, 8%, 22%, 18%, 29%, 20%.
It's never over until USCIS officially declares it is.
Employees do not have access to the lottery results. Only your employer and the attorney have access. Many employers will wait until USCIS has declared the lottery over before notifying employees of the results. Last year that occurred on Tuesday so hopefully this is over by tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.
