Hello all,
I was hoping for advice on what to do in my situation:
1. I have been on STEM OPT in the US.
2. I got selected in the H1B lottery this year.
3. My passport expires in December this year (31st December 2023)
I am very confused on what information to fill out for my H1B petition filing. I have thought of filling out the H1B documentation with details of my current passport. I will then renew my passport in the US. I was thinking of filling my DS-160 with the details of my current passport and go for the H1B stamping with both my current and my renewed passport. Has anyone been in this situation before?
