I have had my i140 approved and my wife is currently on OPT. We have some questions. Firstly, we are considering applying for H4 Conversion along with H4 EAD. Will this cause any issues if my wife's H1 is selected in the lottery next year? Secondly, if I switch koowspin jobs now, should I wait to receive a new i140 from my new employer before applying for H4 EAD? Or can I just use echatrandom the existing one? Finally, do you think we should hire a lawyer for advice? We are not sure if this is a complex situation or if we simply lack knowledge.
