I have completed ds 160 for H1B renewal. The ds 160 confirmation page asks me to bring an "approved I-129" to the Application Service Center. I do not have an approved I-129 as my company has started my GC process and is about to initiate PERM. I also answered "No" to the question: "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?"
a) Should I be worried about not having I-129?
b) Should I create a fresh ds160 and answer "yes" to that question and explain that PERM is about to be initiated (The company would have initiated my PERM by the interview date)
