As an Indian if I directly apply for a job in US then will i get H1B ? If not, what is the reason ? I want to know the rules. Asking here as i know many techies are here. Also, how does this H1B lottery works? Is there a cut off age https://speedtest.vet/ ? Cutt off salary requirements etc? Heard that indians csnt get PR in usa because of back log. Is it true? Then if any Indian wants to get PR in US through work..then is it not possible ?
