H1 visa for H4

Hi My wife was working in India and later after marriage she left the job and we came to US. Now we have found an employer who wants to sponser her H1. Can any one plz advice if there will be any problem in the H1 visa due to the 2 years period when she was not working. Is it necessary that a person has be in continous job for H1...?? Plz advice.
