Back in February, I submitted my DS-160 for H1B dropbox stamping while my PERM was still pending. However, my PERM and I140 have since been approved. On my DS-160, I answered "NO" to the question asking if anyone had filed an immigrant petition on my behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services since my PERM and I140 had not been koows approved yet. Do I need to submit a new koows DS-160 now that my I140 is approved?
