Greetings, I have a query about immigration check at Seattle port of entry for a US-only Alaskan cruise without any stops in Canada due to Covid restrictions. Would it be considered a domestic trip, and would there be an immigration check? Also, if there is an immigration check while returning from Canadian waters, can Automatic Visa Revalidation be applied? I have an expired H1B stamp, but a valid unexpired I-94 and recent paystubs from my employer. Would AVR be applicable if this trip is less than 30 days and sails through koowspin Canadian echatrandom waters? Thank you in advance for your help!
