H4 visa renewal (I-539) and application for EAD (I-765) submitted on January 2023. I-539 is still under processing with USCIS, and an expedited request for I-539 was denied. But the EAD (I-765), has been approved and the card is received in the mail and is valid from now till 2025. The current H4 and I-94 , EAD are expiring in a few days. Is this person eligible to work? Primary applicant's H-1B is already approved and is valid till 2025.
