Hello,
i have a question, please.
Now i am applying for a H1-B visa and the thing is that i am in a serious relation with a girl..we intend to get married next year in april.
She must apply for a H4 visa. If a get my H1-B visa until the time we will get married, can she still apply for a H4 visa without problems and come later to US? (even if in my documents for my visa i have not posted anyone as dependants because i had none)
